Please pray for my boyfriend and I. We are both recovering addicts. There have been emotional things that we have done to each other due to our addictions. He is angry, and I get emotionally a mess. We love each other, and we stay clean off and on, mostly on. But when we have emotional upsets, due to everyday life challenges, or things that we do that bother each other, if we do not catch ourselves, it turns into an emotional mess and one or both of us gets high. We both want deliverance from addiction so bad, he loves me and I love him and I want to be good for him not bad. I love the Lord with all my heart, and do my best to walk in humility and obediance. Please pray for us, pray that God will give him a kind, understanding and forgiving heart, and that He will give me strength and wisdom. Pray that our burdens can be lifted, especially for him. I pray for a special blessing for him today, he is a wonderful man and he loves the Lord. Pray God will bless him in a huge way, and guide him today and always. Thank you for your time.

Cheri, my heart goes out to you and your boyfriend. As you were talking about your addictions, I couldn’t help but to relate it to my life. It’s hard to want to do good but to be caught up in an addiction as well. What you are going through is tough! But God has a specific plan for you and your boyfriend. This struggle you are facing is going to be used to draw you closer to the Lord. God bless you!! -The lord works in mysterious ways. My prayers go out to you!
