Steve Cameron, age 70, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last Friday. Today, the doctor told us that they found spots on the liver, so it has possibly spread. We don’t know what stage it is yet, but it appears to be fast-growing. He has lost 30 pounds this summer and ten pounds in the last week alone, due to his pancreas not functioning properly. He is now on pancreatic enzymes that will hopefully help with this situation. We meet with the oncologist this Wednesday at 9am to see what our options are. The doctor today gave a best-case scenario (just from the information she has to look at today) that he goes on chemotherapy and it clears the spots on the liver and shrinks the mass in his pancreas to the point that it can be surgically removed.

I would ask you all to please pray for healing of my father’s body, wise council from the doctors looking at his situation, and that my family would all sense that the Holy Spirit is with us during this time.
