Prayer request for my mom and her health. Prayer for Debbie friend of the family. Pray for Marie and I because next month we need to find a ride to church for we will no longer have a vehicle. A prayer for our dad that he finds a path to stay away from gambling addiction. John Case and Marie Nye
I have been clean and sober from opiates one year on 12/25 but have been finding myself being tempted to use again. If you could please pray with me for the strength to overcome the demons of temptation it would be greatly appreciated. Could we also pray for my brother David. Prayer request for a fatal accident in Ontario Oregon where I grew up. A kidnapper cut a woman’s throat in which she is deceased, he then caused a head on collision and killed a father of 5 little kids, and the mother is in the hospital in critical condition the parents are believers in the Lord. Please pray for all the families that are hurt by the incident. – Twila Lenington

My sister, Linda Arendale from Greenville, MS, is having a quadruple by-pass surgery tomorrow in Memphis, TN, in the back of her heart. She has other health problems which may complicate the surgery so our family is asking for prayers. She is diabetic, is currently on dialysis and has other heart problems which the surgeon feels he can correct while he is performing the by-pass.
Linda’s twin sister, Glenda James, suffered from almost identical problems about 3 1/2 weeks ago. She was admitted to the Vicksburg, MS hospital because of pneumonia. While in her room, Glenda’s heart stopped twice but her physician was able to resuscitate her both times. She underwent surgery to place a stent in the artery which is known as the “widow maker”. She is also diabetic and is on dialysis. She is doing well now and we give God the glory for the healing of her heart. We are praying that if it’s God’s will for Linda to be healed, it will be done.
Our family strongly believes in the power of prayer.
