Please pray for Zach who accepted the Lord as his savior and king for the first time at the mission on Monday. Pray that he will come to Crossfire this Sunday and continue to follow after the Lord. He also would like prayer that he can be restored to his family.

Jacqueline asks for prayer that she can deal with problems that she is having with her neighbors in Christian wisdom and forgiveness.

Some of you may know Steve Robinson. He is a family friend who also refurbishes drums and sells them, practices his drums, and gives drum lessons. He lives in Junction City with his wife and they both love the Lord passionately. Steve is also blind and has been for over 20 years. He doesn’t go to the hospital unless he’s bleeding out of his eyes, but New Year’s Eve Steve had an “episode”. They thought it was a heart attack, but the tests showed nothing. “Isn’t God good?” he asked me after he shared that the doctors couldn’t find anything. If you know Steve, or even if you don’t, would you please keep him and his family in prayer? Hospital bills are extremely high, and they are “servant rich”, but “cash poor”, kind of like us. But I’m not a great servant. I may be selfish in saying this, but I’m not ready for him to leave this earth yet. There are a lot of kids who want to learn the drums, and this Christian man teaches them faithfully. He may be blind, but he sees perfectly well. He sees things through God’s eyes. Our son three year old Kevin has some kind of lung condition is required to have 2 inhalers to help him breath. He is scared and panicked and doesn’t want to do it. We are asking the Lord for complete healing on this. In Jesus name. – Cara Capener

My daughter Eva (15 months old) will be going through another serious test tomorrow to find out why she is not growing! She also is not crawling or walking! We have been going through many difficult tests and many have been praying! At this point we are believing God has already healed her little body! We have been noticing progress and blood tests that were not normal have now mystically (to some/miracle to us) Tomorrow morning they will put her under sedation and an MRI. We are trusting God, thank you for all of you around the world who have been praying and for those who have just been notified. Please pray for the friends and families of the Webster NY firefighters who were set up and killed by a gunman while responding to a fire this Christmas Eve. They died serving their community.

Joe Hill’s grand-daughter Amy Little is getting a blood transfusion in Coos Bay. Pray that it all goes well and Jesus complete healing. – Pastor Chris

Yesterday, we spent a very long day at Doernbechers hospital. William had a surgical procedure where they investigated his bladder and kidneys. This is the second one. The first one was 6 months ago. Since then, his kidneys are double the size of an adult and are showing more damage. His bladder has quit working completely. They decided to try catheterization 4 times per day. William was able to do it himself at the hospital, but when we got home last night, he said it hurt too much. If catheterization doesn’t work, the next step as the doctor said, “we don’t want to go there, it’s very complicated.” the doc said that Williams case is severe. The kidney damage is unrepairable. If things continue to get worse he will eventually have kidney failure and have to be on dialysis the rest of his life. People on dialysis have a significant loss of years in their life span. He said William would not reach the age of 25. As I sat their in tears and shock, my heart was breaking. This cannot be happening to my baby boy. Please pray for a miracle for him. I would like to request he be put on a prayer chain and also have hands on and be anointed with oil. William said last night as he was crying over the pain and frustration, “I will not let this steal my faith!”

Also, please pray for David. His TBI and PTSD is worse and he was told by the doctors that his brain cannot translate correctly what he hears. I have noticed that he rambles about things, speaks inappropriately, cant remember anything, has to be reminded of doing things from simple tasks to hygiene, and acts like he is a little child sometimes.

Pray for me that I have the strength, wisdom and patience to deal with all of this. Right now I have come down with a cold and have my own health issues. Christmas is in a few days and getting everything ready is challenging.
