I am asking for the distractions of life to subside enough for me to be in the present with whatever I am doing. I find myself, whenever I have a moment, going over and over the things which need to be done, and everyone’s wants, that I end up stressing out trying to meet everything. This has an impact on relationships (all) and the way I do things. I find myself often in a hurry. Which, in turn frustrates me and the cycle continues. Please pray for my family and friends to have patience with me and for me to remembered to breathe.
