Pray for the Louisiana flooding

This is news from very dear friends of ours. I have been in and spoken in these churches. Please pray for them! If God lays it on your heart you can also give an offering. Just mark it appropriately. Pastor Aaron

I have just received information from Bro Keith McAllister this evening. First the good news. Everyone thought New Day Centre, Pastor Holland’s church had been flooded. They were let back into the area today and there is water marks right up to within one inch of the doors but no water got to the inside of the building at all. This is nothing short of a miracle.

White Dove Fellowship, Pastor Keith McAllister’s church is confirmed flooded. They have had standing water 4′ deep throughout the building for 3 days. Bro. Kieth says it is a sickening mess to see. You might imagine what it was like to look inside the building they just recently had built so beautifully destroyed by water damage.
On Wednesday they will start removing everything in the building. Carpet, chairs, appliances, furnishings, sheetrock , insulation and cabinets. Because they are not in a flood zone they are not insured.
Besides the loss of damage in the church, over 1/2 of the congregation have lost their homes and cars in the storm.
You might be able to imagine the need they have for us to hold them up in prayer. This is going to be a long trial for all those friends of ours in the Baton Rouge area.
Pray for them every time they cross your mind.
Thank you.
