I would like prayer for my younger sister

I would like prayer for my younger sister Heather McKenna. She was walking and was hit by a car and now has a fractured skull, swelling and bleeding in her head and a deep cut on her head.No details on any bodily injuries. She is 25 and has been entrapped by alcoholism and is back slidden. She needs to come back to God along with my other younger siblings. Thanks for the prayers. – Marilyn Viking, Eugene, OR

Please pray for my ex wife

I was married for 5 years living in Korea my wife was from the Philippines. She left me for another man, in 2009, and again after her repentance in November 2010. I lived in Philippines for 9 months with no income and no money. God used me to reach many people and my wife’s indesretions served to bring some opportunities to witness and draw many to Christ. However, my wife remains defiant to God and selfishly seeking her “own happiness.” I do not want her to go the hell however I am powerless to help her. I have prayed everyday twice per day for over 6 months for her and for healing to come to her family, and community.

I ask you may help me pray for her and the community of Anahawan, Bato, Leyte, Philippines.

I also would like to caution Christians everywhere to stop using the terminology of “accept Jesus.” As a missionary I’ve found it detrimental to the gospel of Christ since it is not biblical. Christ and the apolstles implore us to BELIEVE this it not accept; though it may be acceptable to use “Except Jesus.” for aprat from Jesus no man may know God.

Thank you, Don Ruhe
