I know you all are in Springfield, but I believe in the power of prayer! This young man needs prayer! He is the son of a very good friend of ours!
” My name is Courtney Enkey and in March of 2017 my husband Jobe Enkey and I received life changing news. CANCER. He was diagnosed with stage 4 osteosarcoma, a rare bone cancer that usually develops in the osteoblast cells of bones, found in his left distal femur and has since spread to his lungs. We just just recently learned that it had spread to his head where there are currently 6 lumps that are very painful and tender to the touch. (4/2/2020) Within the month he will be receiving 5 rounds of radiation on 3 of the 6 lumps on his scalp as of right now. He has already endured many rounds of IV chemotherapy, (and is now on a chemo pill), radiation on his left knee, amputation of his left leg, two resections of his lungs, and a lobectomy of his lower left lobe. There is a 30% chance survival rate of 5 years once you’ve been diagnosed but as it continues to spread and his oncologist runs out of resources to treat him with that percent dwindles. We ask that consider donating what you can to help with financial needs, travel, lodging, and hopefully getting to check off some things from his bucket list. Thank you for your support from Jobe and I! “
Thank you! – Denise Griffith, Kennewick WA
