Today we\u2019re revisiting some of our favorite colors &amp; colorful spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bold Chartreuse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8603\" src=\"https:\/\/margaretdonaldsoninteriors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Colorful-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8604\" src=\"https:\/\/margaretdonaldsoninteriors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Colorful-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>One of our favorite colorful projects is the Modern Kiawah home. The family who lives there have a wonderful collection of whimsical artworks, and they love eclectic design. We had a great time with this vibrant home. In the kitchen, we used a bold chartreuse as the backdrop for modern appliances and furnishings. The rest of the home has a more neutral backdrop, but we carried the bright green throughout with accessories. Co<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blue &amp; Green<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8605\" src=\"https:\/\/margaretdonaldsoninteriors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Classic-Cassique-Colorful-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We used a soft blue in the laundry room of our Classic Cassique project, but amped up the color with navy and apple-green tiles on the floor. This has to be one of our favorite laundry rooms!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Indigo &amp; Pink<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8607\" src=\"https:\/\/margaretdonaldsoninteriors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Donaldson2018_4_Ion-595.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8606\" src=\"https:\/\/margaretdonaldsoninteriors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Donaldson2018_4_Ion-577-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Our Ion Eclectic project is a great example of how to use bold color to have some fun with a softer color palette. An indigo demi-lune table greets visitors in the entry and hints at the personality of the rest of the home. In the dining room, artwork introduces a range of pinks and yellows, and echos the blue table in the entry.
